1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled safari or camp check-in are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the safari or in case of a no-show are non-refundable.

2. Weather or Operational Cancellations

• In the rare event of cancellations due to extreme weather, government restrictions, or operational issues, guests will receive either:
  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule the booking without any extra charge.

3. Modifications

• We allow free modifications (date/time changes) up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Last-minute changes are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment (bank transfer, UPI, etc.).

5. No Returns on Services Rendered

• As we offer experiential services (safaris, camps, cultural programs), once a service has been rendered or the guest has checked in, no returns or refunds are possible.
